Professor David Peimer
Space: The Next Frontier

Saturday 31.05.2025

Summary

Join us as we explore how space is the next frontier for human exploration, colonisation, and discovery. Some say we will become a multi-planetary species, others say we have to inhabit other worlds to survive. We look at how film and literature imagine our foray into the next frontier: It is a remarkable human achievement and endeavour, and, for some, a statement about how we might lose our home planet. (Please note: this is not a presentation on climate change.)
