How to watch

This lecture starts on 28 December at 5:00pm (UK).

Summary

Milan is the industrial, financial, fashion, and operatic capital of Italy, where it is easier to buy a luxury handbag than a pint of milk. Amongst the unmissable museums are the Brera, the Ambrosiana with its rich collection of Leonardo da Vinci, and the charming Poldi-Pezzoli, Milan’s equivalent of the Frick or Wallace Collection.
